Yes, of course I went and what a time I had.
I went on the dodgems, the waltzer and I even won a goldfish!....

I was hungry so I stopped at a monastery where they had a cafe.I could see into the kitchen where a brother was frying chips.
"Are you the friar !", I asked jokingly
"No" he replied "I'm a chip monk" ....

My friends husband got her something really expensive for Valentines Day - a litre of petrol....
