We have thought long and hard about supporting a good cause.
There are so many causes. Poverty, overseas aid, the homeless ...... the list goes on.
So we had a long talk and decided that there was really only one option for us, and that was actionaid.

An actionaid support worker, returning from overseas, remarked "If only people realised how hard it is for some people in the world just to survive each day.
In Africa, a starving child can be fed for as little as a pound a week".
Makes me personally feel ashamed of how much I spend on cigarettes and wine each week.
So, we look forward to receiving the photo of our sponsored child soon.
All we know is that she or he lives in Africa, but we'll keep you updated as to what's going on, and how they are doing.
