Nutrition Facts
Marrow is:
• Low in Saturated Fat, Sodium, and Cholesterol
• High in Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Magnesium, Potassium, Manganese, Protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Thiamin, Niacin, Phosphorus and Copper. What this all means to a healthy person is your guess :joker
The nutritional value of marrow means that it's good for, maintaining good general health and losing weight. Intersesting :yes
Marrow won’t help if you're interested in Gaining weight. Alcohol is good for gaining weight as is chocalate and biscuits :yum
Nevis don’t get to attached to mazwfy as at some point you’re going to have to kill it and as a dedicated meat eater I think it’s cruel to raise a arrow only to kill it it for the dinner plate you should at least let it have baby marrows before it it killed off :protest

We have decided to grow our own veg again this year. We thought it would be fun to name one of our baby marrows and see how big we can get him to grow. :banana
It is the middle of June and Mzawfie is the size of a small courgette and very healthy. :applause :kiss
Are you growing your own veg this year? Send us your pics, we'd love to see them. :-D
